Humuter supports multiple models including GPT-4o, GPT-4o Mini, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Gemini. You can select a model when creating or editing an agent.

Humuter uses a credit-based system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed per message based on the model used. See the pricing page for details.

BYOK is available as an add-on. You can configure your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API keys from the dashboard to use your own billing.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Training documents are processed into embeddings — the original files are not sent to AI providers. We do not use your data to train models.

Currently Telegram and Discord are supported as direct integrations. You can also use the API to connect any platform — see the API reference.

Credits are consumed per message. Different models cost different amounts of credits. Premium models like GPT-4o use more credits than lightweight models like GPT-4o Mini. Check your balance anytime from the dashboard or CLI.

Yes. The number of agents you can create depends on your plan. Each agent can have its own model, system prompt, training data, and channel connections.
